6.6 Remote Playback and Backup

Click Search to enter the playback and backup block as shown below. Users can remotely playback, backup and

manage video files using this function. This DVR supports remote time search, event search and one channel

playback. Fig 6.24 is an illustration of the interface you will see once you enter the Playback & Backup function.

Search by Time:

Step 1: Select the date in calendar area ; select the channel in channel area .

Step 2: Click the Search button to update search results. All recorded files found will display in video data area .

Step 3: In area , the top bar refers to hours and minutes in a day. The left column refers to cameras. Drag the slide

bar to a time point. Right click the mouse button on the

symbol on the slide bar to zoom in 10X.

Step 4: Click Play button to playback files remotely, refer to Fig 6.25 Remote Playback.

Step 5: Users can select fast forward/backward, pause, stop playback and snap pictures. Click

to return to the

search interface.
