Operation
Power On
Plug the AC adapter (included) into the port(P) located on the lower front end
of the Schwinn ®460 fitness machine. Plug the other end of the adapter into a
grounded outlet in your workout area.
Note: The Schwinn ® 460 will operate off a GFI outlet where required by local
electrical code.
Press any button or start pedaling to activate the touch screen console.

Make sure that the Transport Strap is removed before you step onto the machine.
The pedal you choose to step onto first should be in the down position.
Use the hand grips under the console or the handle bars to steady yourself. Step up onto the machine and place your
other foot on the opposite pedal.
Console Interface
The Schwinn ® 460 console provides you with important information about your workout and allows you to control
resistance levels while you exercise. The following sections describe howto use the functions of this computerized
console.
