11 Troubleshooting

11.1 Troubleshooting electrical version

Symptom
Tilt or recline does not move
The hand control beeps when it is used. Battery level is low

Possible cause
End of stroke reached
Battery is not loaded
Hand control not connected
Hand control defective
Control unit defective
Cables entangled or pinched
Hand control function is locked
Remedy
Operate opposite button
Load the battery
Ensure hand control correctly connected
to control unit.
Call dealer / technician to replace hand
control
Call dealer / technician to replace
control unit
Call dealer / technician to replace cables
Unlock the hand control function (see
chapter "locking of recline and tilt
function")
Charge the battery
