AAC
: Advanced Audio Coding (AAC) is
a very high quality audio encoding and
noise reduction system. It is the audio
system you hear in High Definition
Television (HDTV) and digital broadcast
TV (DTV).

PCM
: Pulse Code Modulation (PCM) is a
way of transmitting uncompressed digital
audio. PCM is used by Audio CDs.
