(13) OVER HEAT AM?.

This alarm appears if thermal protector of FR-SFj
trips (installed on cooling fan).
Cause
Overload
High ambient temp-
erature
Trouble with cool-
ing fan
Heat radiating fins
fouled
Fuse blown out
Checkup
1. Check motor for load condi- 1. Lighten load.
tion.
2. Check motor start/stop fre- 2. Decrease
Measure the ambient tempera-
ture.
Check if the FR-SFJ cooling
fan does not work properly.
Check if heat radiating fins
on the back of FR-SFJ are
fouled heavily.
Check if fuse is blown out.
If new fuse is blown out
again
Remedy
start/stop
frequency.
If the ambient
temperature is
higher than 55'C,
appropriate pro-
vision shouid be
made to cool.
Replace the cool-
ing fan.
Clean the fins.
Replace the fuse.
