Use Program 2803 - PMS Hotel Options to set the Auto Room Scan
and Flexible Check-in Messaging PMS Integration options. Refer to the
following chart for a description of each option, its range and default
setting.

2803 - PMS Hotel Options

This option . . .
If enabled (1), at 3:00
AM each morning the
phone system:
1. Automatically
changes the status of
all checked in rooms
to maid required.
2. After changing the
room status, the sys-
tem sends the required
room status messages
to the PMS system.
If disabled (0), 3:00
AM Auto Room Scan
does not occur.
To have the phone sys-
tem send a Room
Status (STS) message
to the PMS when the
check-in or check-out
status of a room tele-
phone changes, enter 0.
To have the phone
system send a Check-
in Status (CHK) mes-
sage to the PMS when
the check-in or check-
out status of a room
telephone changes,
enter 1.
