6-3 Scanner Assembly

1. Before you remove the scanner assembly, you
should remove:
- Rear cover (see page 6-3).
2. Remove the two screws, as shown below.
3. Open the side cover assembly and front cover,
as shown below.

4. Unplug the two connectors and CCD cable.
You should disconnect the CCD cable vertically to
avoid CCD cable pin damage.
5. Pull up the scanner assembly in the direction of
arrow.
