Oil Paint filter | CS6

Use the Oil Paint filter in Photoshop CS6 to give an image the look of a classic painting.
1. Choose Filter > Oil Paint.
2. Experiment with the Brush and Lighting options.
3. Click OK to apply the filter.
If the Oil Paint filter is not working, it's possible that you don't have a supported graphics card. Or, it could mean that your graphics card driver
