"C22" OXYGEN SENSOR CIRCUIT MALFUNCTION

DETECTED CONDITION
Oxygen sensor signal is not input in ECU since then
more than 180 sec. after the engine run.
▣ ▣ INSPECTION
1) Remove the seat.
2) Turn the ignition switch "OFF" position.
3) Check the Oxygen sensor coupler for loose or
poor contacts.
Is OK?
● B or GR wire open or shorted to
ground, or poor ⑨
(Sensor)
● OB or B wire open or shorted to
YES
ground, or poor �
(Heater)
● If wire and connection are OK,
intermittent trouble or faulty ECU.
● Recheck each terminal and wire
harness for open circuit and poor
connection.
NO Replace the Oxygen sensor.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
● Oxygen sensor, Oxygen sensor heater circuit open
or short.
● Oxygen sensor, Oxygen sensor heater malfunction.
● ECU malfunction.
