Programme > power (individual)
Under "power profiles (individual)" there are 5 exercise profiles. These can be altered in terms of
duration, distance and intensity.
Note:
Processing (editing) the profiles is described on page 14.
Programmes > HRC (manual)
Under "HRC (manual)" there are two exercise programmes: "HRC count up" and "HRC count
down". In both programmes a target heart rate is reached through regulating power and this is
held for the duration of the training. The target heart rate can either be accepted from your
targets in the menu targets > recommended heart rate or if no information is available it
will be 130. With "HRC count up" the values count up and with "count down" the values count
down from the values that you have entered or which have been accepted in the menu targets
> exercise values.
Programmes > HRC (fixed)
Under "HRC (fixed)" there are 5 exercise profiles, which differ in duration and intensity. In these
programmes the changing target heart rate will be reached through regulating the perfor-
mance. The extent of the profile is dependent on the entry of your maximum pulse in the menu
targets > heart rate targets. If the information is not available then 50 years old and a ma-
ximum heart rate of 170 will be assumed.
Programmes > HRC (individual)
Under "HRC (individual) there are 3 training profiles. These can be edited by you in terms of du-
ration and intensity.
Note:
Editing will be discussed on page 15.
