Throwing off the backpack
The machine and backpack must
be quickly thrown off in an
emergency. The waist belt must
be opened before throwing the
machine to the ground.

Engine
This machine is extremely simple
and easy to start, even for
children – risk of accidents.
Do not allow children or other
unauthorized persons to attempt to start
or otherwise use the machine:
Never leave the machine
unattended during work breaks.
After work, store the machine in a
safe, secure location.

STOP-0 – engine off – the ignition is
switched off

F – Start – the ignition is switched on
– the engine can start
F – Run – the engine is running

h – stop symbol and arrow. To stop

the engine, push the slide control in
the direction of the arrow on the stop
symbol (h) to STOP-0.

If fitted: Remove the transport guard

from the cutting attachment.

If the engine is cold or after
refueling, press the fuel pump bulb
(10) at least five times – even if the
bulb is filled with fuel.

Put the machine on your back.
