Alarms detected by one detector are automatically transmitted
to all other detectors sharing the same network. Program the
detectors as follows to set up a radio network:

The successfully programmed detectors are sharing a network.
Notice!
After 20 seconds or after the end of the programming, you may
add more unprogrammed detectors to the network by repeating
the steps for one programmed detector and the unprogrammed
detectors. All programmed detectors remain in the network.

Removing a detector from the network

Only if reset to delivery state, a detector can removed from the
radio network. Reset the detector as follows:

Position the wireless smoke detectors you want to program
next to each other. Leave a minimum distance of 1 m in
between.
Press the radio module button (2) of one detector for two
seconds. The radio module LED (1) flashes orange.
Within 20 seconds, press the radio module buttons of the
remaining detectors for two seconds.
End the programming by pressing the button of the first
detector.
LED flashing green: programming successful
LED flashing red: programming failed.
Align the red triangle on the detector head with the one on
the base.
Screw the detector head clockwise to the base until it
latches.
Press the radio module button for five seconds.
The radio module LED flashes red.
Press the button once more for five seconds. This will reset
the detector and remove it from the active network.
