When the POS Server recovers from a breakdown, the system temporarily stops all communication
between each client and POS Server. Then the POS server gathers the updated data from the clients.
After the recovery process is complete, the client will be allowed to access to the POS server.

When the client is turned off during a POS server breakdown, the client's database is saved to the flash
disk.
