• Refer to P58 for the available range of the
aperture value and the shutter speed.
• The focus range is 5 cm – ¶ (Wide),
2 m – ¶ (Tele).
• The brightness of the screen may differ
from that of the actual pictures. Check it
using review function or setting to the
playback mode.
• If the exposure is not adequate, the
aperture value and the shutter speed turn
red when pressing the shutter button
halfway.
• You cannot set the following items in
manual exposure.
– Slow sync./Red-eye reduction [
(P39)
– [AUTO] in ISO sensitivity (P72) (When
the recording mode is switched to
Manual exposure, the ISO sensitivity is
automatically set to [ISO100] even
though it was set to [AUTO] beforehand.
You can also change ISO setting from
[ISO80], [ISO200] or [ISO400] on the
menu.)
– Exposure compensation (P44)
• Please set [HIGHLIGHT] to [ON] on the
[SETUP] menu (P22) while the auto
review or review function is activated. Any
white saturated area on the picture will
appear blinking in black and white. Adjust
the aperture value or shutter speed to
compensate for a better exposure.
