Troubleshooting
The unit does not turn on
electricity.
The temperature indication
goes up and down greatly.
The temperature indication
is still on when it is
unplugged.
If it cannot be recovered or feel something strange, disconnect the power plug, reconnect after
30 seconds and operate it again.
Inside lid may turn yellow, but no harm for operation.
"Clickety-clack" sound caused when open and close the lid is the sound caused by the valve
swing to prevent the hot water run off when the unit fall over in accident.
Outside body becomes approximately 45 ºC while keep-warm when the room temperature is
high.

If...
Before calling a service supplier,
please check the following possible causes.
Possible cause
You poured in water directly
from a tap and splash water on
the unit.
You put the unit on the sink and
caused its bottom wet.
You turned the unit upside down
with its bottom wet.
You washed the unit in water.
Immediately after plug in or out, may vary greatly.
When there is remaining battery, it will be indicated.
This is malfunction of the sensor. Please contact an authorized service
center (as described in the warranty) for a repair.
