SET ALARM/APPOINTMENT REMINDER
WITH MESSAGE

The system administrator can set alarm/appointment reminders with messages for other display
keysets. Up to three alarms can be set for each station and each alarm can be set as follows:
NOTSET (Dial 0 to select—alarm is not set)
TODAY (Dial 1 to select—alarm is set to ring today only)
DAILY (Dial 2 to select—alarm is set to ring at the set time each day)
The procedure for entering messages is the same as that for entering names described in
Station Names.
Open customer programming and follow these instructions.
ACTION
1. Press Transfer (or TRSF) 116
Display shows
2. Dial the station number (e.g., 205) OR
press the VOLUME keys to select the station
and press the right soft key to move the
cursor OR press ANS/RLS to select all
stations

3. Dial 1 3 to select the alarm (e.g., 2) OR
press the VOLUME keys to select the alarm
and press the right soft key to move the
cursor OR press the left soft key to return
to step 2
4. Enter the alarm time in 24-hour clock
format (e.g., 1300 for 1 pm) and the display will
automatically advance to step 5
5. Enter the alarm type from the list above
OR press the VOLUME keys to select the
alarm type and press the right soft key
to move the cursor
6. Enter the message using the keypad
7. Press the right soft key to return to step 2
OR Press Transfer (or TRSF) to store and exit
programming OR press SPEAKER to store and
advance to the next program
