Use the TV's HDMI settings to set audio output to any option other than the
TV's built-in speakers.

Sound may be intermittent if the CINEMA DSP program is changed.
Raise the output level of the channel.
Adjust the beam setting.
Switch to surround playback mode.
Refer to documentation supplied with your device and check the setting.
Relocate the unit or listening position.
