The scanner is not recognized.
The file Ptab3d.dll is not found.
Scanner is being used by another

SCSI board is not correctly set.
Troubleshooting
Recovery
Close the application which controls the
scanner driver, turn off the system
(scanner/printer/computer), then turn on
again.
Reinstall the KX-PS8000 software.
B Rescan later when the scanner is free
from other jobs.
B Rescan after closing the application
which controls the scanner.
B Close the application, turn off the
system (scanner/printer/computer), then
turn it on again.
B Rescan later when the scanner is free
from other jobs.
B Close the application which controls the
scanner, turn off the system
(scanner/printer/computer), then turn it
on again.
Correctly set the SCSI board in the
computer. (Refer to the instructions
manual of the SCSI board.)
