specified in "DIAL_PLAN_n".
Y (Enable dial plan filtering)
N (Disable dial plan filtering)
Note
If set to "Y", the dialed number will not be sent to the line when
the number dialed by the user does not match any of the dial
formats specified in the dial plan.
If set to "N", the dialed number will be sent to the line, even if
the number dialed by the user does not match any of the dial
formats specified in the dial plan.
