• Remove the clamp 3 on the
muffler.
Do not remove the
sealing grease from the
clamp.c
• Remove the bolt 4 of the
bracket of the end muffler on
the rear footrest.
• Turn the end muffler
outwards.
• Engage first gear.
• Remove the mounting
bolts 5 of the rear wheel,
holding the wheel as you
do so.
• If the BMW Motorrad rear
wheel stand is used: remove
the retaining disk.
• Place the rear wheel on the
ground.
• Roll the rear wheel out
towards the rear.
• If the BMW Motorrad rear
wheel stand is used: attach
the retaining disk again.
