• Raise the front wheel, fit the
quick-release axle 6 and
tighten with the appropriate
tightening torque.
• Tighten the right-hand axle
clamping screw 5 with the
appropriate tightening
torque.
• Remove the front-wheel
stand.
• Fit the brake calipers onto
the brake discs.
• Apply the mounting bolts 2
of the brake calipers on the
left and right and use the
appropriate tightening
torque.
The cable of the ABS
sensor can be rubbed
through if it touches the brake
disc.
Ensure taut routing of the ABS
sensor cable.c
• Fit the mudguard and tighten
the mounting bolts 1 with the
appropriate tightening
torque.
• Remove the masking from
the rim.
To align and position the brake
pads relative to the brake
discs, the front brake must be
operated a number of times.
