FAN OPERATION (High Temperature Thermostat)
If at any time the interior of the hood exceeds 160° F, the High Temp thermostat will close and
operate the fans at HIGH speed. When the temperature drops below 145°, the High Temp
Thermostat will open fans will shut off or revert back to previous condition.
