Possible Cause
Corona wire of the drum unit is
dirty.
The toner cartridge is
damaged.
The drum unit is damaged.
The fuser unit is damaged.
The laser unit cover is dirty.
A small matter is mixed with the
roller of the toner cartridge.
Troubleshooting
Corrective Action
Clean the corona wire in the
drum unit
(see "Cleaning the
Printer" on page
5).
Replace the toner cartridge.
Replace the drum unit.
Display the Printer Console
window and click icon (
to print a cleaning data

If it is not recovered, call for
