Adjusting the Gage Wheels

You must adjust the gage wheels in the proper hole location
for each height-of-cut position.
1. After adjusting the height-of-cut, remove the nut and
the washer while holding the stud with a wrench
(Fig. 11).

Note: Do not remove the wheel nut and washer
(Fig. 11).
2. Select a hole position so that the gage wheel is 3/8 inch
(9.5 mm) off the ground for the desired height-of-cut
(Fig. 11).
3. Install the stud nut and the washer (Fig. 11).
4. Repeat the adjustment on the other gage wheels.

Wheels
You must adjust the gage wheels in the proper hole location

1. After adjusting the height-of-cut, remove the bolt and
the nut (Fig. 12).

2. Select a hole position so that the gage wheel is 3/8 inch
(9.5 mm) off the ground for the desired height-of-cut
(Fig. 12).
3. Install the bolt and the nut (Fig. 12).
