Serial output

This set is provided with a serial data output (Cinch (phono) socket DATA OUT behind flap on back of set)
for exact clock synchronization of PC's or computer networks.

Display brightness

• You can adjust the desired basic display brightness with the +/- buttons when the SNOOZE is pressed
and held down.
– The display brightness then adjusts itself to the actual room illumination.
Display/Melody test programme
• First press and hold down the SNOOZE button and then press in addition the PRESET button for more
than 6 seconds.
– All segments will be indicated one after the other in 0.5 s-rythm in the display.
Then all segments are illuminated permanently.
• Pressing any button then starts play of all available melodies. The
display indicates, for example:
• While the melodies are played, you can jump at any time to the be-
ginning of the next or preceding melody by pressing the +/- buttons.
• The next pressure on any button (not the +/- button) will terminate the test programme.
Notes
• Only a soft cloth which picks up dust should be used to clean the cabinet. Do not use aggresive polishes
or cleaning agents.
• Do not expose the unit to moisture (e.g. dripping or splashing).
• The type label is on the bottom of the unit.
