The machine is not
level.
Solving Problems with Printing Quality
Solution
Remove the toner cartridges and
check for damage. If it is damaged,
replace it.
Remove the drum cartridge and check
for damage. If it is damaged, replace it.
Clean the original glass. For details,
refer to "Cleaning the machine" on
page 144.
Clean the original cover pad. For
details, refer to "Cleaning the machine"
on page 144.
Remove the toner cartridges and
check for damage. If it is damaged,
replace it.
Remove the drum cartridge and check
for damage. If it is damaged, replace it.
Place the machine on a flat, hard, level
surface.
