Gearbox Oil Replacement
Place the vehicle on a level surface.
Remove the left footrest.
Clean drain plug area and oil level plug then
remove the gearbox drain plug.

NOTE: To completely drain the gearbox,
place a jack under the right footrest and tilt the
vehicle toward the left side. When the gear-
box is empty, install the drainplug and replace
the vehicle on the ground.
Refill gearbox, using BOMBARDIER chain-
case oil (P/N 416 801 900) or an equivalent.
CAUTION: Do not use other unrecommend-
ed types of oil when servicing. Do not mix with
other types of oil.
The oil should be level with the bottom of the
oil level hole. Refill as required until gearbox
oil level flows through oil level hole.
Reinstall oil level plug.
Coolant Replacement
WARNING
In order to avoid potential burns, do not
remove the radiator cap or loosen the
coolant if the engine is hot.

Remove front fascia.
Turn the radiator cap counterclockwise and
remove it.
Unscrew the drain plug located on the left side
of engine and drain the coolant into a suitable
container.

Unscrew the bleeding screw on the top of
thermostat housing.

Drain the system completely and reinstall the
drain plug.
