Printer Driver and Utilities
Here are brief descriptions of the printer driver and the utility programs provided with
the printer driver.
GARO Printer Driver
The software required when using a software application to print a file. The GARO
printer driver is developed by Canon for its latest high-quality office printers, wide
format printers, and graphic color printers.
The term "GARO", used in the name of this printer driver, is an acronym for "Graphic
Arts Language with Raster Operations", a printer language of creating raster images.
GARO Printmonitor
Utility for displaying printer status information from the computer, and for stopping and
canceling print jobs.
Printer Setup Utility
This is an OS utility software that displays the status of a print job by host during
printing, and quits or cancels a print job by host.
You can also add a printer to the Printer List.
