Print Job Does Not Start
An error message is displayed
Check the operation panel for an error message. Read the error message and then refer
to error message table of the User's Guide.
Check the printer and computer connections
Make sure that the computer and network connections to the printer are secure.
Printer driver not operating correctly
A print job does not execute if the printer driver is not operating correctly. Uninstall the
printer driver and then reinstall it.
Print job processing requires a very long time
A large file such as a color photograph, requires more time for processing. Please
allow more time for printing such files.
Printing a document that contains several illustrations or color photographs of large
file size may require more time for processing due to insufficient memory. Before
printing such large files, close all other software applications to ensure adequate
memory space for print job processing.
