INITIAL BATTERY CHARGE
! • Remove battery and charger from packaging. Connect battery charger to a domestic socket. Connect battery charger to battery.
CAUTION:
ADULT ASSEMBLY REQUIRED.
USE CARE WHEN UNPACKING AS COMPONENTS TO BE ASSEMBLED MAY POSE A SMALL PARTS/SHARP EDGE HAZARD.
1 • Lift both rear shock absorbers and line them up with the openings in the chassis.
2 • To fasten the shock absorbers to the chassis, insert the pins into the top holes on the shocks and press firmly into place.
3 • Secure both sides using larger screws provided.
4 • To attach side bars, first NOTE that each side should be angled outward away from passenger compartment. Press end of piece firmly down into hole (1) then press
forward until piece snaps into place (2).
5 • Pull out slightly on red body panel (1) and flex piece gently to insert tab rod into hole (2).
6 • Snap red body panel into place by inserting tab into slot and pressing firmly.
7 • Locate front grill piece in packaging and take note of multiple points for securing piece onto the vehicle (A-E).
8 • Begin attaching front grill by snapping tabs A and B into place on both sides.
9 • Engage tab D at middle.
10 • Pull openings C over the hooks on the bottom of the chassis.
11 • Slide brush guard onto posts on grill.
12 • Slide bottom tab on brush guard into slot E on grill. NOTE: Be sure tab is placed into slot and not outside of slot.
13 • Secure bottom tab using standard screw provided.
14 • Secure brush guard to grill using 2 of the standard screws provided.
15 • Attach red ring to steering wheel by lining up the posts with the holes and pressing.
16 • Attach black center piece to steering wheel by lining up the posts with the holes and pressing.
17 • Remove protective plastic piece from steering column.
18 • Slide steering wheel down onto column. NOTE: be sure to align holes in steering wheel with holes in steering column.
19 • Press special screw through steering wheel and steering column and secure using matching nut.
20 • Insert T-handle in square slot on passenger side.
21 • Secure T-handle using standard screw provided.
22 • Snap gas cap into place on passenger's side of vehicle.
23 • Remove thumbscrews from seat bases.
24 • Place seat onto vehicle by lining up posts on seat base with holes in seat. NOTE: seat can be adjusted for the growth of the child.
25 • Replace thumbscrews to secure seat to vehicle.
26 • Rotate seat down into place.
27 • Secure using standard screw provided.
28 • Assemble straight tubes and double t-joint pieces as shown in the figure. Secure using 4 screws provided.
29 • Construct roll cage as shown in figure. NOTE: A is cross-member assembled in step 28. Pieces D and E are the rear vertical tubes and feature molded indentations.
Pieces B and C are the front vertical tubes. B and D should be on the passenger side, C and E are for the driver side. The ends of all 4 corner vertical tubes should
bend in toward the passenger compartment.
30 • Secure both front vertical tubes with standard screws provided. NOTE: use top holes in connection piece.
31 • Secure both rear vertical tubes with standard screws provided. NOTE: use bottom holes in connection piece.
32 • Lower roll cage into place. Insert each vertical tube into its corresponding hole on the vehicle. NOTE: Roll cage is for appearance only and is not intended to provide
any safety in the event of the vehicle being turned over.
33 • Locate the 2 collar pieces in the packaging. Spread collars open and slide into place in the indention on each rear vertical tubes. NOTE: orientation of piece as shown
in figure. Rotate collars into place on end of side bars.
34 • Secure both collars using standard screw provided.
35 • Secure both rear vertical tubes using standard screw provided.
36 • Secure both front vertical tubes using standard screw provided.
37 • Secure seat belt to each rear vertical tube using bolt and nut provided in separate bag. Insert bolt through seatbelt and attach on front side of tube, secure with
acorn nut on back side of tube.
38 • Secure the 3 roll bar lights using bolt and nut provided in separate bag. Insert bolt through front of tube, place fog light on bolt and secure using acorn nut.
39 • Snap black center caps into place on all four wheels.
40 • On rear bumper, apply reflective chrome decals. Then attach red plastic tail light lenses.
41 • On front, apply reflective chrome decals for headlights and fog lights. Attach clear head light lenses. For fog lights, place black plastic ring around clear circular lenses
and snap into place.
42 • Remove 2 small screws from bottom of dashboard beneath radio.
43 • Remove radio by carefully releasing tabs at top of each side.
44 • Remove small screw on battery compartment door.
45 • Insert 2 AA batteries (not included) and replace battery compartment door.
46 • Replace radio into dashboard. NOTE: be sure to place antenna wire through opening in dashboard before inserting radio. Replace screws.
WARNING:
WARNING: BATTERY CHARGING AND ANY OTHER OPERATION ON THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY
ADULTS ONLY. THE BATTERY CAN ALSO BE CHARGED WITHOUT REMOVING IT FROM THE VEHICLE.
47 • Once battery is fully charged (light on charger is green), remove screw from passenger side seat and rotate up.
48 • Remove thumbscrews and lift seat up and out of vehicle.
49 • Remove 2 screws at front of seat base and remove seat base by lifting up and pulling out.
50 • Lower battery into compartment. NOTE: Be sure battery is setting all the way down correctly into compartment.
51 • Place battery plug through rear slot in seat base. Place vehicle wiring system plug through front slot.
52 • Replace seat base.
53 • Connect wiring system of the vehicle (plug B) to the battery (plug A).
54 • Screw seat base. Replace seat and thumbscrews. Rotate seat down into place and secure screw.
55 • RADIO
• A - mp3 input jack (adaptor cord not included)
• B - Autoscan tuning
• C - Off button on left, On button on right
• D - Power indicator light
• E - Volume control
• F - Set buttons; hold down "set" button while pressing "HR" to change hour, "MN" to set minute
56 • DASHBOARD
• A - Steering wheel
