This appendix provides information on regulatory agency compliance and safety for OmniSwitch 6900
switches.

Declaration of Conformity: CE Mark

This equipment is in compliance with the essential requirements and other provisions of
Directive 2004/108/EC (EMC), 2006/95/EC (LVD), 91/263/EEC (Telecom Terminal Equipment,
if applicable), 1999/5/EC (R&TTE, if applicable) as amended by Directive 93/68/EEC
(CE Mark Directive).
