SELECTING THE RESOLUTION

You can select the High Quality modes 1/2 or the Standard
Quality mode.
Press the Resolution selection button to choose the mode.
The High Quality 1/2 modes can be selected only from a
PC. Refer to the utility software's online manual for details.
When using the High Quality mode
(
is indicated on the control panel.)
1024 x 768 pixels (D-320L)
640 x 480 pixels (D-220L)
When using the Standard Quality mode
(No indication on the control panel.)
640 x 480 pixels (D-320L)
320 x 240 pixels (D-220L)
Note:
The selected resolution remains even after the
camera is switched off.
The number of remaining pictures varies
according to the resolution mode. In the
Standard Quality mode, three times as many
pictures can be taken as in the High Quality
mode (four times as many with the D-220L). Also,
the number of remaining pictures varies in the
High Quality modes 1/2. (p. 64)
