All Reset

This function lets you choose whether or not the camera saves its current
settings.
OFF: The settings made just before the power is turned off are saved.
ON: All settings are returned to the factory default settings.
The settings affected by All Reset are listed on P. 147.
The ALL RESET setting (ON/OFF) applies to all the modes. If ALL RESET is
set to OFF in one shooting mode, this setting applies to all other shooting
modes, as well as the playback and
modes.
ALL RESET cannot be set in the
mode. Whatever All Reset setting has
been selected in a mode that allows ALL RESET setting will be applied in the
mode.
When ALL RESET is set to OFF, the OFF setting does not apply to functions
(
: setting flash mode, drive mode, etc.) that are not available in the
current mode.
All Reset does not affect the menu's SETUP items.
In the top menu, select MODE MENU T SETUP T ALL RESET T ON or
OFF.
Factory default setting: ON
