Check to make sure that [SD Card] under the [Control Menu] is set to [On].

If the [SD Card] is [Off], set it to [On] using the following procedure.
(1) Press [
(2) Select [Control Menu] using [
(3) Select [SD Card] using [
(4) Select [On] using [
(5) Hard reset or restart the printer.
Check that the SD card is not write-protected. If the card is write-protected, release the protection, and then
insert the card.
