ADJUSTMENTS AND PREDELIVERY
SERVICE
The following adjustments and pre-delivery service
must be made before delivery of the snowmobile to
a customer.

SHROUD AND COVERS

NOTE:

Use the following procedure to remove the shroud,
left side cover, and right side cover in order to per-

form the adjustments and predelivery service.
For installation, reverse the removal procedure.
Loosen the fastener 1 and the shroud 2.
Loosen the fastener 3 and the right side cover 4.

Loosen the fastener 5 and the left side cover 6.

SHEAVE OFFSET ADJUSTMENT

1. Remove:
• Shroud
• Left side cover
• Drive guard
• Drive V-belt
