This menu is used to check the NETWORK communication.
1: INTERNAL LOOPBACK 10 BaseT
The internal loopback test (10Mbps) of the
PHY (IC362, DIGITAL P.C.B.) is executed.

2: INTERNAL LOOPBACK 100 BaseTx
The internal loopback test (100Mbps) of the
PHY (IC362, DIGITAL P.C.B.) is executed.

3: EXTERNAL LOOPBACK 10 BaseT
This menu is used to check the NETWORK
connector.
With the power to this unit turned off, short
between pins No. 1 (Tx+) and No. 3 (Rx+)
and between pins No. 2 (Tx-) and No. 6 (Rx-)
of the NETWORK connector.
(Be sure to turn off the power to this unit
when shorting these pins.)
Start up the self-diagnostic function and
select this menu.
Note) Be sure to return the shorted pins

Connect the NETWORK connector of this unit
to the LAN connector of network router with a
CAT-5 or higher STP cable.

displayed.
