System Setup MENU OPERATION P ress [SETUP] button in the remote controller, the SETUP MENU (main) will be displayed. 1. After accessing the [SETUP] Menu, press [ ]and [ ] buttons to select a desired item, then press [ENTER] button to enter the sub-menu. In the submenu, press [ ]and [ ] buttons to select the desired one, then press the [ENTER]... - Page 14 System Setup LAST MEMORY When this function is on, the unit can memorize the time elapsed from the last time you played the disc. When playing next time, it will resume playing from the memorized time. AUDIO SETUP PAGE: ANALOG AUDIO SETUP: DOWNMIX: Use [ ] arrow button to move the scroll to choose one.

P-YUV: Set progressive YUV signals. Connection same as YUV. Note: : If the video setting differs from the physical connection, the TV set may be without picture.

If TV set has only NTSC or PAL system, screen will blink and become colorless when a wrong system is selected. For more information of output format, please refer to the instruction of your TV set.

Play The following is the basic operation for this unit with the attached remote controller. Please note some function just is available for some disc. STANDBY Stand by/working mode switch SOURCE SELECT AV Source switch among DVD/TUNER(AM/FM) OPEN/CLOSE Eject or load the disc tray CH-LEVEL Press this key to select a channel then press VOLUME+/- to adjust its level. - Page 18 Play When playing VCD, CD disc, after loading the disc, use the digit key to select the desired track or chapter directly. Press 10+ key and then another digit key to select the track whose 0/10 0/10 number is 10 or more. You can press digit keys at PROGRAM and MENU selection.
- Page 19 Play PROG If the disc is with 2 or more tracks, chapters or titles, set up the playing order as your preference. Press this button to enter program menu. Press the digit key to input the number of the track, title or chapter.
- Page 20 Play PLAY PICTURE CD DISC Press [ ] key,12 small pictures will show on the TV screen. Press [ ][ ][ ] [ to select the desired picture, then press [ENTER] to start random play. Press [ ] to pausing playing picture CD. Press [ ] again to return to normal play.
