The following table lists some common problems and their solutions.
Problem
My phone isn't
charging.

Possible cause
The charger and
phone aren't properly
connected.
The charger is not
properly plugged in.
Your calls have been
restricted using fixed
dialing or call restrictions.
The battery is not
charged.
Poor signal strength.
You haven't saved your
voice mailbox number.
You've saved the
incorrect voice mailbox
number.
You haven't subscribed
to SMS service.
You haven't saved your
SMSC number to your
phone.
