Insert a new media edge plate into the left edge
of the platen.

Important:
You cannot attach the media edge plates
from the right.
When inserting the plate, check the following
two points.
(1) Align the white line on the platen with that of
the media edge plate.
Maintenance
(2) While pressing the tip of the metallic plate
against the platen, attach the hooked sections
to the front corner of the platen.
