Using the directory and lists
To get round the alphabetical order of the
entries, insert a space or a digit in front of the
first letter of the surname. These entries will
then move to the beginning of the directory.
Select a directory entry

Open directory.
You have the following options:
s
u Use
to scroll through the entries until
the required name is selected.
u Enter the first letters of the name; if neces-
sary scroll to the entry with the
The directory searches for the surname. If a
surname has not been entered, the direc-
tory searches for the first name.
Select from the directory

Press the talk key.
(If several numbers have been
entered, select the required
number and press talk key
again).
The number is dialled.

Delete all entries in the directory.
Copy All
to Internal: Send the complete list to a
handset (¢ page 29).
Available Memory
Display the number of entries that are still
available in the directory (¢ page 27).
Using shortcut keys
