The tension of the belts must be checked with
engine cold.
Alternator belt
The tension of a new belt should be 71

read on scale 7M of tensiometer Gates 150 ty-
pe. With used belt the load should be 66

Ibs.
To increase the belt tension slacken the nut D
on the adjusting bracket and the bolt F holding
the alternator on the mounting, move the alter-
nator outward and retighten nut and bolt.
II livello nel serbatoio non deve scendere al di
sotto di 6 cm. dal piano bocchettone immissio-
ne miscela.
Nota
Durante I'operazione di spurgo dell'aria dall'im-
pianto
e
necessario tenere aperti i rubinetti dei
radiatori per riscaldamento.

parte anteriore della vettura qualunque acces-

La tensione delle cinghie

Cinghia comando alternatore
A cinghia nuova il carico di tensione deve esse-
re 32

35 kp letti sulla scala 7M del tensiome-
tro "tipo GATES 150". A cinghia rodata il carico
deve essere 30

32 kp.
Per aumentare la tensione della cinghia occor-
re allentare il dado D sulla staffa di regolazione
e il bullone F di fissaggio alternatore al suppor-
to, spostare I'alternatore verso I'esterno e bloc-
care nuovamente il dado ed il bullone.
