Ignition - injection system
La regolazione del CO può essere
fatta utilizzando una procedura

software implementata nello
strumento "MATHESIS" che va
collegato alla presa diagnosi della
centralina. Per effettuare questa
operazione leggere il capitolo
"Registrazione corpo farfallato" (Sez.
D 5).
Note
Per il controllo e/o la modifica

dei tempi di iniezione, che
determinano il rapporto aria-
carburante, utilizzare esclusivamente
lo strumento di diagnosi
"MATHESIS" (Sez. D 5).
Smontaggio centralina
elettronica
Per rimuovere la centralina elettronica
2
è necessario rimuovere la
semicarenatura sinistra (Sez. E 2),
scollegare i due connettori (1) e (2)
dalla centralina. Svitare e rimuovere le
viti (3) di fissaggio sfilando il cavo di
massa (4) dalla vite anteriore.
Rimuovere la centralina dal veicolo.
Rimontaggio centralina
elettronica
Fissare la centralina al supporto
batteria (5) impuntando le due viti (3).
In corrispondenza della vite anteriore
deve essere inserito il cavo massa (4),
come rappresentato in figura.
Attenzione
Per non commettere errori
sull'orientamento della centralina,
tenere presente che i perni (A)
devono essere rivolti verso il supporto
batteria.
Serrare le viti (3) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Il connettore (1) ha una morsettiera
grigia (parte telaio-Body), mentre il
connettore (2) ha la morsettiera nera
(parte motore-Engine).
CO content can be adjusted via
software through the "MATHESIS"
tester, which should be connected to
the CPU diagnosis outlet. Please refer
to "Adjusting the throttle body"
(Sect. D 5).
Note
To control and/or adjust the
injection timing, which sets the air-
fuel mixture, use the "MATHESIS"
tester only (Sect. D 5).
Removing the electronic
control unit
To remove the control unit, remove
left side fairing (Sect. E 2), disconnect
the two connectors (1) and (2) from
control unit, unscrew the retaining
screws (3) and detach the ground
cable (4) from the front screw.
Remove the control unit from the
vehicle.
Refitting the electronic control
unit
Position the control unit to the battery
mount (5) and start the two screws
(3) in their holes.
Place the ground cable (4) at the front
screw, as shown in the figure.
Warning
Position the Engine Control
Unit with the pegs (A) facing the
battery mount.
Tighten the screws (3) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
The connector (1) has a grey pinout
(frame end -Body), whereas the
connector (2) has a black pinout
(engine end -Engine).
