Smontaggio pignone
catena
Il fissaggio del pignone (14) della
trasmissione secondaria è realizzato
utilizzando un dado di bloccaggio (16)
sull'estremità filettata dell'albero
secondario.
Questa soluzione determina il
bloccaggio del pignone contro l'anello
interno del cuscinetto di supporto a
doppia corona di sfere (Sez. N 9),
migliorando la funzionalità
dell'assieme.
Rimuovere la pedana sinistra
completa come descritto alla (Sez. H
4).

Rimuovere il coperchio pignone (19)
svitando le viti (20).
Ribadire la rosetta di sicurezza (15)
per liberare il dado (16).

Inserire una marcia bassa e svitare il
dado (16) di ritegno pignone catena
(14).
Allentare la catena (Sez. D 4).

Sfilare la catena dalla corona
posteriore.
Sfilare il pignone motore (14) con
catena (13) dall'albero secondario
cambio e sostituire i componenti della
trasmissione secondaria.

Removing the chain front
sprocket
The front chain sprocket (14) is
retained by a lock nut (16) screwed
onto the threaded end of the
secondary shaft.
This way, the sprocket is locked
against the inner ring of the dual ball-
ring bearing (Sect. N 9) for improved
performance.
Remove the complete left footpeg as
described in (Sect. H 4).
Remove the front sprocket cover (19)
after unscrewing the screws (20).
Straighten the safety washer (15) to
release the nut (16).
Engage a low gear and unscrew the
lock nut (16) of the front chain
sprocket (14).
Slacken the chain (Sect. D 4).
Take the chain off the rear sprocket.
Slide the front chain sprocket (14)
with the chain (13) off the gearbox
secondary shaft and change the final
drive components.
