Precautions for Reassembly
Screw lock point coating
Never bring another magnet
close
to the slider unit
magnet. (The magnet inside the slider unit demagnet·
izes e>U$1ng
the
color detection switch to operate
incorrectly).
Hang the elecliomagnet unit actuator on C he coupling
lever on the ejection lever unit .
Mount
so
that open strokes are 0.6mm. Ciamping
torque,

kg-<:m.

Rotate the bobbin gear. The recd switch must actuate
when the magnet at the left edge of the slider
approaches the closest reed switch.
