Problem
Coffee does not flow.
When foaming milk,
there is not enough
milk foam.
Although the bean
container is full, the
appliance indicates
that coffee beans must
be filled.
Loud grinder noise.
With the My Bean
Select® function, the

Action
Fill the water tank and ensure

it is positioned correctly (see
chapter  4.4 one page 68).
Clean the brewing unit (see

chapter  8.2 one page 85).
Turn the selector switch to

the correct position (see sec-
tion 6.6 one page 78).
Clean the Cappuccinatore (see

section 8.3 one page 87).
Press a direct key.

Tap lightly on the bean con-

tainer.
Clean the bean container.

Coffee beans are too oily. Use

different coffee beans.
Contact the hotline.

Top up coffee beans (see sec-

tion 5.1 one page 73).
Check that the handle for the

Press and hold button. Also

press the ON/OFF button. The
appliance initialises. Release
buttons again.
Switch the appliance off and

Insert brewing unit.

Vent the appliance, turn the

rotary regulator clockwise to
the stop for this. As soon as
water flows out of the Cap-
puccinatore, turn the rotary
regulator anti-clockwise to
the stop.
