Familiarise yourself with your telephone
Commissioning the T3 IP telephone
Modifying language for the registering procedure and IP settings
If your telephone is not yet registered, you can choose between six different langua-
ges (German/English/French/Italian/Spanish/Dutch):
Press the "Menu" function key.
Scroll to the "Switch language" menu item.
Confirm selection.

Select the desired language, e.g. English.
Confirm selection.
Note
• When first setting up your telephone you can choose your preferred language in
other ways: When the registration window appears, press the Escape key twice.
"D/GB/F/I/E/NL" appears. Subsequently select your preferred language. "D/GB/F/
I/E/NL" disappears when the language has been changed.
Logging out from telephone
When you wish to log out of the telephone:
Integral 5:
Press the "Menu" function key.
Scroll to the Log out menu item.
Confirm your selection. You are now logged out of this telephone. Another user
can now log on.
IP Office:
Press the "Menu" function key.
Scroll to the Logout menu item.
Confirm your selection.
You are now logged out of this telephone. Another user can now log on. It is possible
to call other internal subscribers from a telephone at which no user is logged in.
