SCANNING AT HIGH SPEED (DVD-VIDEO, DVD-AUDIO, CD, MP3/WMA)
You can play back discs at various speeds. To scan at fast-forward
press the Scan buttons, during playback.
The speed of fast forward
and fast reverse
again, the speed becomes faster. Each time the fast forward or reverse button is pressed, the speed
increases. The speed will be retained after the button is released, but normal playback will resume once
the next track or chapter is reached. To return to normal playback during scanning, press PLAY.
NOTES
• Some media will not allow normal playback until the PLAY button is pressed.
• The some media will allow sound during the high-speed reverse and forward playback
• Not all media support the maximum speeds for scanning
PLAYING IN SLOW-MOTION (DVD-VIDEO, VCD)
Press the SLOW buttons during playback. The playback speed becomes slower than the normal speed.
The speed of slow motion varies with every press of the slow-motion button. When the button is pressed
again, the speed becomes slower. Each time the button is pressed, the speed decreases, from ½ to ¼ to
1/8th speed. To return to normal playback, either cycle through to the normal play mode, or press PLAY.
NOTES
• The sound is muted during slow-motion playback.
• Some media will not allow normal playback until the PLAY button is pressed.
• The sound is muted during slow-motion playback.
• DVD-Audio and MP3/WMA/JPEG and CD/SACD-Audio media will not support slow-motion playback.
• Not all media support maximum slowness speeds.
