Judgment method
Causes
If the outdoor temperature is so low(below -5˚C) or a number of indoor unit is off simultaneously, the indoor unit can be frozen in an instant.
Check the indoor unit detected
freezing.
Remove the obstacles of
corresponding indoor unit and clean
the dust filter.
Error reset(KEY3)
Operate a corresponding
indoor unit.
Does operate normally the
indoor unit fan motor?
Yes
Test operation for every
room(KEY 4)
Is high/low pressure normal ?
Yes
It is completed to check the system.
(Operation) (Timer)
- When the temperature of indoor unit heat exchanger on cooling operation maintains
- over 5 minutes below -4˚C
- Indoor fan motor defect or lock
- EEV open error
No
motor output terminal normal?
Replace the motor after checking
the connection wire of fan motor.

After checking the quantity of
refrigerant, if needed recharge
