The remote control functions do not work • Make sure your device supports the Bluetooth Advanced Audio Distribution profile. The headset is switched off automatically • The battery is too low. You hear a low beep. Charge the battery. • When pairing for the first time, the headset switches off if you do not pair it with the phone within 10 minutes. -
