For cameras that are compatible with both P-TTL auto and
TTL auto (
taken using TTL auto when the aperture on the lens is not set
to A. However, if the aperture is set to anything other than A
with cameras that are only compatible with P-TTL, full flash
output is used.
n TTL auto flash compatible cameras
In addition to using PENTAX digital SLR cameras, you can use
645N/II and 67II cameras to take pictures using the auto flash if
it supports TTL auto. (The 35mm (Film) SLR cameras and the
original 645 format cameras do not support TTL auto.)
n Compensating flash output with the mode dial
Use the mode dial to set the output of the flash. The mode dial
has seven positions. For the auto flash mode there are "-0.5",
"AUTO", "+0.5", and "-1" (green area).
* The camera must be set to something other than manual mode.
* If the camera uses a flash output compensation function, and
flash output compensation is set both on the camera and the
flash unit, the flash output compensation amounts will be
combined. Refer to the camera operation manual for details.
* Adjustment is only possible with P-TTL.
Setting
+0.5 Flash output is 0.5 EV higher than standard AUTO.
AUTO Flash output is automatically adjusted.
-0.5 Flash output is 0.5 EV lower than standard AUTO.
-1 Flash output is 1 EV lower than standard AUTO.

l'emissione alla piena potenza luminosa.
n Fotocamere compatibili con TTL auto
Oltre che impiegando le reflex digitali PENTAX, si può fotografare
in TTL auto con le reflex 645N/II e 67II, che supportano questo
modo flash. Le reflex a pellicola 35mm e la 645 originale non
supportano il TTL auto di questo lampeggiatore.
n Compensazione dell'emissione luminosa con la ghiera
dei modi
Usate la ghiera dei modi per impostare l'emissione del lampo.
La ghiera dei modi dispone di sette posizioni.
Per il modo flash automatico si usano le posizioni "-0.5", "AUTO",
"+0.5" e "-1" (area verde).
* La fotocamera va impostata su un modo diverso da quello manuale.
* Se la fotocamera dispone della funzione di compensazione del flash
e questa viene impostata sia sulla fotocamera che sul flash, si avrà
una combinazione dei due valori impostati. Per ulteriori dettagli fate
riferimento al manuale istruzioni della fotocamera.
